We have vehicles ranging from 1 passenger to 7 passengers. We can however provide more than one vehicle for your journey to accommodate more passengers. We are also able to hire minibuses for larger groups. Please contact us with your requirements for a quotation.

Upon your reservation for our airport transfer service, we will ask you for your return flight numbers. We always check the planes arrival time before travelling to collect you and adjust our time accordingly, therefore should the plane be delayed we would not charge any more than quoted.

We always call our passengers a minimum of 2 days before their outward travel date. During this call we will confirm your travelling arrangements and return flight numbers and timings. We will always arrive 10 minutes early on the day. Rest assured, we have many clients both private and corporate who will vouch for our reliability. We accept Cash, BACS and Credit and Debit Cards. We are willing to invoice businesses and individuals retrospectively, subject to payment within a strict nett 30 day period. Sadly due to bank charges we no longer accept cheques.

No. For the benefit of all of our clients, all our vehicles are NON-Smoking. Smokers can be accommodated with regular stops if required.

No, when you book our services, you book an exclusive vehicle for your sole use.

Yes, if we have an existing journey booked and both parties are amenable to share, then we will offer a price reduction and join the parties together. Alternatively, we regularly travel to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports and may have a vehicle either going up or coming back empty, if this journey ties in with your plans we may be able to offer a price reduction.

Yes, we have a stock of child booster seats suitable for all ages. If your child is a baby and needs a specific baby seat we ask parents to supply their own as it will be sized for your child. We are able to retain these seats if necessary for your return journey. Please advise your requirements on booking.

Certainly, we normally allow enough time for a convenience stop, should you prefer to stop for a meal/coffee, then please advise at the time of booking so we can ensure we have built in a time allowance for this.

Yes, all of our vehicles are within 4 years old. Every year, we replace as many vehicles as we can to keep a new fleet.

When we take your booking, we ask you to provide us with your return flight number and timings. On the day of your return, we always check the airport flight information and would adjust our times accordingly.

Yes, within reason. We have some saloon cars, these have a limited amount of luggage space. We do however have people carriers of varying sizes. If you have a large amount of luggage then please advise the office and we will ensure we provide a people carrier which would better suit your needs (there may be an extra charge for the larger vehicles).

No absolutely not. We do not have ‘spit and sawdust’ minibuses. We have extremely comfortable luxurious Mercedes people carriers and saloon cars.
